I Agree to the following:

1. Overview, What You Are Purchasing

By completing this payment, you (Guest) are purchasing a spot in the Private Sri Lanka Retreat hosted by Infinite Wealth Strategist (Host).

• Trip: Private Sri Lanka Retreat

• Dates: June 7–22, 2026 (16 days / 15 nights)

• Location: Sri Lanka

• Availability: Limited to 33 guests. This is an exclusive, limited-capacity experience.

This is a binding purchase agreement. Please read all terms carefully before completing payment.

2. Payment Terms

Includes (2.9% + $0.30) Stripe Processing Fees

Payment Schedule & Late Payment

• Deposit: Due at the time of checkout. Your spot is not reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed.

• Remaining Balance: Due no later than May 25, 2026. If the remaining balance is not received by this date, the Host reserves the right to release your spot to another guest and forfeit your deposit.

• Pay in Full: Guests may pay the full amount at checkout to satisfy all payment obligations immediately.

All amounts are in U.S. Dollars (USD). The Host does not offer payment plans beyond the deposit-and-balance structure described above unless separately agreed to in writing.

3. Credit Card Convenience Fee Disclosure

Credit card payments include (2.9% + $0.30) Stripe Processing Fees to cover payment processing costs.

By choosing to pay by credit card, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The credit card price includes a (2.9% + $0.30) Stripe Processing Fee

• You are voluntarily choosing the credit card payment method and accepting the associated fee.

• This fee is non-refundable and is a known, agreed-upon charge, not a billing error.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

THIS IS A NO-REFUND PURCHASE. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Due to the exclusive, limited-capacity nature of this retreat and the advance commitments required for accommodations, logistics, and planning, all payments are final and non-refundable.

• The deposit ($2,289.96 ) is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance ($5,722.83) is non-refundable once paid.

Exceptions: Documented Illness or Flight Unavailability

The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are documented illness or if the Guest can provide documented proof that flights to Sri Lanka are genuinely unavailable.

Qualifying documentation for flight unavailability includes:

• Official airline cancellation notices affecting all carriers to Sri Lanka

• A government-issued travel ban prohibiting travel to Sri Lanka

• Official NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) or equivalent authority grounding flights to the destination

Qualifying documentation for illness includes a written statement from a licensed medical provider confirming the Guest is unable to travel.

Personal scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or inability to obtain a visa do not qualify for a refund. The Guest is strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance (see Section 7).

No Chargebacks in Lieu of Refund

By completing this payment, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or credit card company as a substitute for requesting a refund. You acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy before making your payment.

• You are making this purchase voluntarily and with full knowledge of the terms.

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute that contradicts these agreed-upon terms may result in the Host presenting this agreement as evidence in the dispute process.

• All prices, fees, and terms were clearly disclosed and agreed to before the transaction was completed.

5. What's Included / What's Not Included

Included in Your Retreat Package

• Hotel accommodations for the duration of the retreat (June 7–22, 2026)

• Daily breakfast and dinner

• One massage treatment

• Entry fees to all ancient sites visited during the retreat

• All ground transportation within Sri Lanka (transfers, excursions, site visits)

Not Included

• Roundtrip flights to and from Sri Lanka

• Travel insurance (strongly recommended, see Section 7)

• Visa fees

• Lunches and personal snacks

• Personal expenses (souvenirs, spa services beyond the included massage, optional upgrades)

• Gratuities for local guides, drivers, or service staff

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Travel Risks International travel carries inherent risks including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, lost or stolen luggage, political instability, natural disasters, health emergencies, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. By purchasing this retreat, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to travel internationally and accept these risks.

Health & Medical You represent that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in the retreat activities. You are solely responsible for:

• Consulting with your physician before travel

• Disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions to the Host in advance

• Carrying adequate personal medication and health supplies

• Securing your own health and medical evacuation insurance

The Host is not a medical provider and does not assume responsibility for your health or medical needs during the retreat.

Activities Participation in any excursions, recreational activities, or group events during the retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. The Host is not liable for injuries, illness, property damage, or loss arising from your participation in any retreat activities.

Force Majeure The Host is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any event that makes the retreat impossible or impractical to deliver as planned.

In the event of a force majeure cancellation initiated by the Host:

• Full credit toward a rescheduled retreat

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Host's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this retreat shall not exceed the total amount you paid. The Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Travel Requirements & Recommendations

Passport You must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond your date of return from Sri Lanka. It is your sole responsibility to verify your passport meets this requirement.

Visa Entry into Sri Lanka may require a visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). It is your sole responsibility to research, obtain, and pay for any visa or entry documentation required for your nationality. The Host does not provide visa assistance and is not liable if you are denied entry.

Travel Insurance The Host strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, medical evacuation, and baggage loss. Given the no-refund policy of this retreat, travel insurance is your primary financial protection against unforeseen events.

Vaccinations & Health Advisories You are responsible for checking current health advisories and vaccination recommendations for Sri Lanka with your healthcare provider and the relevant government travel advisory services (e.g., CDC, WHO).

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to this agreement or the retreat, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

Good-Faith Negotiation. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct, good-faith communication within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

9. Modifications & Severability

The Host reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety, availability, or logistical reasons. Such modifications do not entitle the Guest to a refund.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Guest and the Host regarding the retreat purchase. Any prior discussions, representations, or agreements not contained herein are superseded.

10. Consent & Acknowledgment

By completing this payment, you confirm ALL of the following:

• I have read and understood all sections of this Checkout Agreement — Terms of Purchase.

• I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances of documented illness or flight unavailability as described in Section 4.

• I understand that credit card payments include a convenience and administrative fee as described in Section 3, and I am choosing this payment method voluntarily.

• I understand the remaining balance is due by May 25, 2026, and failure to pay may result in forfeiture of my deposit and release of my spot.

• I accept the assumption of risk and liability waiver described in Section 6.

• I agree to resolve any disputes through the dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

• I understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute that contradicts these agreed-upon terms is a violation of this agreement.

• I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
